The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing treatment at Remedy Medicity. The role involves working across wards, OT, and ICU as per requirement, supporting doctors and the clinical team, and ensuring patients receive secure, attentive, and dignified care throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients across ward, OT, or ICU as assigned, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at every stage of treatment.
- Clinical Support: Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and surgeries as required.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Monitor and record patient vital signs, report any changes promptly, and maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.




- Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and families on care plans, medication schedules, and post-treatment guidance with sensitivity and clarity.
- Infection Control & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols across all assigned units.
- Equipment & Supplies Management: Manage medical equipment and supplies within the assigned unit, ensuring availability and proper functioning at all times.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with doctors, technicians, and the broader clinical team to ensure smooth and continuous patient care delivery.

Qualifications

- Education: GNM or B.Sc Nursing (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant nursing experience in a reputed Hospital; exposure to oncology, OT, or ICU settings is an added advantage.
- Registration: Valid registration with the U.P. Nursing Council.
- Skills: Strong clinical and patient-care skills, compassion while handling cancer patients, and the ability to work well within a coordinated care team.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi or Urdu.

- Salary: Negotiable as per industry standards within Lucknow.
