Krishna Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Case Sheet Maintaining: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of patient case sheets, documenting medical history, treatments, and progress.
- Vital Chart Maintenance: Regularly record and update vital signs for patients, ensuring all readings are accurately documented.
- Drug Chart & SOS Chart Maintenance: Maintain and update drug charts and SOS charts, tracking medication administration and emergency treatments.
- ECT Note Maintenance: Document and monitor Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) procedures for patients requiring this treatment.
- ECG & Sugar Note Maintenance: Ensure ECG results and sugar levels are recorded consistently, keeping precise patient records.
- Handover Note: Prepare thorough handover notes at the end of each shift, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of care.




- ECG & BP Monitor Charging: Charge ECG and BP monitors weekly, ensuring readiness for patient use.
- Bio Waste Management: Follow bio waste disposal protocols to maintain a clean and protected environment for both patients and staff.
- Drug Replacement & Emergency Drug Maintenance: Regularly check and replace expired or used medications, ensuring emergency drugs are always available.
- Drug Note Maintenance: Accurately document all drugs administered to patients, adhering to medication protocols.
- Bedside Cleaning: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment around patient beds to promote safety and comfort.
- Injection Note Maintenance: Document all injections administered, including dosage, type, and time of administration.
- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and professional care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
- Patient In/Out Chart Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, discharges, and movements within the facility.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per day
