We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Senior Fashion Consultant with a strong background in luxury fashion retail and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling and fashion consultation to clients.
- Handle premium/HNI clientele and build strong client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive sales through client engagement, follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain strong knowledge of collections, fabrics, styling, and brand aesthetics.
- Manage client appointments, trials, fittings, alterations, and post-sales service.
- Ensure an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and internal teams for smooth order execution.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in luxury fashion/premium retail/designer wear.
- Strong communication, styling, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent sales and relationship-management abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident, articulate, and professionally presented.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients will be an advantage.
