Role Description The Sr. Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offer and onboarding processes. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur will involve partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and design effective selection strategies.

The Sr. Recruiter will manage talent pipelines, use various recruitment platforms and networks,



and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role includes maintaining recruitment metrics, compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

The individual will also support workforce planning, coordinate with HR for compensation and benefits alignment, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles and levels.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networking platforms, and social media for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is highly desirable.
