Essential Job Functions:

- Ownership/initiative to assess Reliability & Resiliency maturity gaps: prior SRE/observability ownership, SLO/SLI work, incident/RCA, architecture review habits, proactive improvements.

- Hands-on uplift of reliability/resiliency via code + SRE patterns: implementing resiliency (retries, circuit breakers, autoscaling, chaos, DR), serverless reliability work, or partnering with dev teams.

Qualifications

- Exp: 7+ Yrs

Skill Fit – Must Have

- AWS: Serverless, CodePipeline, ROSA / OpenShift

- CI/CD: GitLab Pipelines

- Observability: Dynatrace + CloudWatch (or close equivalents)

- Ways of Working: Strong communication & Agile practices

- Core Practices: SRE practices & architecture review

- Programming: Python / Java / NodeJS
