Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 2.5–5+ Years

Location: PSR Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite | 5 Days a Week

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2.5–5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience

✅ Solid experience in W2 & C2C hiring

✅ Excellent sourcing and communication skills

✅ Good knowledge of US visa classifications & tax terms

✅ Experience handling end-to-end US IT recruitment

✅ Strong negotiation and candidate management skills

✅ Ability to work with clients/vendors and deliver quick closures

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases & networking
- Work closely with clients/vendors to fulfill requirements
- Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills and visa status




- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
- Drive candidates through the interview and closure process
