Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiter Sales professional with strong knowledge of the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, generating IT staffing requirements, and building long-term relationships with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients in the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, hiring managers, and vendors.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiters to fulfill open positions.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into active business opportunities.
- Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for business growth.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, requirements, client interactions, and closures.
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and market demands.

Required Skills

- 7-10 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales, Recruitment Sales, Business Development, or IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment/staffing industry.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and client-closing skills.
- Experience dealing with US clients and hiring managers.
- Strong relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of US IT technologies and staffing processes is preferred.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field is an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: 40,000-70,000 per month
