Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred.

- Salary: ₹ 25000 per month + incentives
- Working Hours: 10 AM TO 6:30 PM
- Joining: Immediate / Notice Period - ONE MONTH
