Job Summary

Minimum of 10+ years of relevant engineering experience - Minimum of 3+ years of managing engineers - Experience in partnering with product and program management teams

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities include:

- Ability to provide solutions based on high level problem statements

- Ability to build robust large scale distributed systems with Java

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures used in Java applications.

- Positive Knowledge in RDBMS, No-SQL databases, Object Oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)

- Development expertise on Advanced Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, JPA, Hibernate and other similar technologies.

- Technical experience in understanding infrastructure, architecture, planning and designing, covering both on-premise and cloud stack





- Knowledge on design patterns and principles ( e.g.., SOLID )

- Preferred Qualifications

- Define short-term and long-term product roadmap with faster time-to-market

- Good communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to all the stakeholders.

- Proven experience in managing agile projects

- Work with Product and Program Managers to develop and evolve the vision and strategy for the team.
