Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Talent Acquisition, stakeholder management, sourcing, bulk hiring, and recruitment operations.

Candidates from the EdTech, Skill Development, Vocational Training, Education, or E-learning industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Handle multiple vacancies across different departments and locations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, technical teams, and business heads.
- Manage salary discussions, negotiations, offer releases, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.




- Handle bulk and lateral hiring as per business requirements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure proper recruitment documentation and compliance with company SOPs.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience handling multiple and bulk hiring requirements.
- Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work independently and manage hiring targets.

Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, Academic, Project, Technology, Corporate, and Field roles will be an added advantage.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
