We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist Development Engineer with 8–10 years of expertise in Java enterprise application development. The candidate should have solid technical knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Kafka, SQL, and Microservices.

This role involves taking ownership of complex development initiatives, participating in solution architecture, mentoring developers, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development activities for complex enterprise applications.
- Design scalable and maintainable Java-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.
- Design event-driven solutions using Kafka.




- Analyze application performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with architects to define technical solutions.
- Review application architecture and technical implementations.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Implement application security and secure coding practices.
- Work with SQL databases and optimize application data access.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Troubleshoot critical application and production issues.
- Support CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.
