: Key Responsibilities

Technical Presales & Solution Design

- Lead technical discovery sessions and understand customer requirements.
- Design end-to-end IP video surveillance and Video Management System (VMS) solutions.
- Develop solution architectures for complex enterprise opportunities.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and solution workshops.
- Support sales teams throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution sizing, calculations, tenders, and RFP responses.

Customer & Partner Enablement

- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, system integrators, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct technical training, certification, and partner enablement sessions.
- Provide technical guidance for solution deployment planning and validation.
- Represent the organization at customer events, exhibitions, and industry seminars.

Technical Mentorship

- Mentor and coach Solution Engineers.
- Review solution designs and promote technical best practices.
- Lead regional technical initiatives and technology adoption programs.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Technical Support teams.




- Gather customer and partner feedback to support product and solution improvements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and opportunity records.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical presales, solution engineering, systems engineering, or IT solutioning.
- Strong experience in the physical security and video surveillance industry.
- Solid understanding of IP video surveillance, VMS, IP networking, storage, server infrastructure, and solution architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows platforms.
- Experience designing, sizing, and architecting enterprise video surveillance solutions.
- Working knowledge of leading IP camera manufacturers, enterprise compute, and storage platforms.
- Experience working with system integrators, distributors, consultants, and enterprise customers.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and virtualization platforms.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE/MCITP, or Linux certifications are an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel across the West India region as required.
