Essential Functions Of The Job

Must have - Domain Competency:

1 Responsible for E2E Solutioning, Architecting, and Functional Delivery / Implementation of Large scale Pension and Group Schemes Insurance.

2 Sound Delivery Experience of Group Insurance and Annuity project implementation

3 Fair understanding of Client ( Policy Admin System) platform around P&Client; ( Pension & Group Insurance Schemes/Systems)

4 Technically Adept in Java Technology skills, and project development methodology ( DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Must have - Required Skills:

1 Requirement Elicitation, Analysis and Specification Technique

2 Excellent Articulation, Documenting of BRD/SRS/Design and Presentation skills

3 Leading a team of Business Analysts & Technical Delivery Teams





4 Ability to review & refine the System Test Strategy and scenarios with relevant SME's

5 Ability to Implement and review Non-Functional Requirements

6 Excellent in customer Interaction, Stakeholder management and written & Verbal Communication

7 Scalability, Data Integrity and optimal performance delivery

Must have - Relevant Experience:

1 12 to 15+ years of Solutioning, Architecting, and Delivery experience in Group Insurance and Retirement schemes.

2 Experience of Group Insurance and Annuity project implementation

3 Fair understanding of Client ( Policy Admin System) platform around P&Client; ( Pension & Group Insurance Schemes/Systems)

4 Technically Adept in Java Technology skills - Core Java , J2EE, Angular, Spring Boot and Micro Services and Web Services & project development methodology ( DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

5 Very Solid in Insurance Domain.
