Job DescriptionThis position requires a strong technical background and hands-on coding experience in AEM, HTML, CSS and JavaScript front-end development in addition to a strong proficiency in Java for server-side development. Familiarity with RESTful web architectures and experience with scalability, availability and stability are desired.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for giving technical solutions with detailed designs, and proof of concepts.
- Working with the Product Owner/Product Manager to capture business requirements.
- Responsible for writing the best quality code and unit testing.
- Delivering working software of the highest quality, meeting specifications, and agreed timelines.
- Showcase technical leadership capabilities to own the delivery end to end.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment.
- If needed, willingness to travel onsite based on client requirements.

Skills

- 3+ years of experience working on development projects on Adobe AEM (AEM 6.0 and later required; AEM 6.4 is a plus).
- Experience in design, develop and support AEM components, integrations, and applications.
- Solid understanding of concepts around OSGI, JCR, Sling, Oak, etc.




- Experience building OSGI integration services using Java.
- Experience with HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- In-depth knowledge of Apache/Dispatcher server setup and working with UNIX
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
- Good in problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and innovative setting

Additional Notes

- Experience in upgrading from 5.x to 6.x version of AEM is a plus.
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM.
- Experience with Adobe Target is not required but consider a huge plus.
- Adobe AEM certification is a plus.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Masters degree is a plus.
