Sales Executive — Ocean Logistics (US & UK Trade Lanes)

About the Job

V Power Logistics is hiring a Sales Executive to drive growth on our US and UK ocean freight corridors. We're looking for someone who already comes from the logistics/freight forwarding industry, understands ocean freight sales cycles, and can hit the ground running with US/UK trade lane experience.

Responsibilities

- Generate recent business and manage the full sales cycle for US & UK ocean freight (FCL/LCL)
- Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, and freight forwarders on these trade lanes
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to deliver accurate, competitive quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, freight rates, and competitor activity on US/UK ocean routes
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Hands-on experience specifically in US and UK ocean logistics
- Strong knowledge of FCL/LCL and shipping documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Excel

Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Existing client or carrier relationships on US/UK ocean lanes
- Prior experience at a freight forwarder, NVOCC, or ocean carrier
