Are you an experienced real estate sales professional with a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, conduct site visits, negotiate effectively, and close property deals?

Housing Home is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive residential property sales across our project portfolio in Pune.

POSITION DETAILS

Department: Sales

Experience: 4–6+ Years (Real Estate Preferred)

Employment: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month

Location: Pimpri-Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.

We’re looking for a proactive, target-oriented professional who can independently manage prospects, build long-term customer relationships, and consistently convert opportunities into successful property transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate and qualify property sales leads
- Manage prospects through the complete sales funnel
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads
- Handle negotiations, bookings and sales closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports




- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and quality
- Develop relationships with channel partners and property brokers
- Stay updated on Pune real estate projects, pricing and market trends
- Ensure smooth coordination with clients and internal teams throughout the sales process

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4–6+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of the Pune real estate market
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Knowledge of RERA basics, property documentation & sales processes
- Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office & Google Workspace
- Highly motivated, target-oriented and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred
