Role responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure implementation of quality standards at construction sites

- Conduct regular site inspections for civil, structural, and finishing works

- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance

- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists

- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and consultants for quality issues

- Identify defects and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions

- Ensure materials used at site meet required quality standards

- Conduct testing and inspection of materials (concrete, steel, etc.)

- Maintain records of site quality audits and inspections

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates residing near the Chakan area will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
