About The Job:

- Python backend developer will design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for modern web and enterprise applications.
- While the primary focus is on application development, the role requires a working understanding of AI technologies including large language models (LLMs), agent-based systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to support integration and collaboration with AI-focused teams.

Essential Job Functions:

- Architect and develop robust backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI teams to integrate intelligent features into applications.
- Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable through best practices and DevOps workflows.
- Support the integration of AI-powered services (e.g., LLM APIs, RAG pipelines) into application workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers,



and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and system monitoring.

Education

Essential

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python backend development and application architecture.

Desirable
