FNP is looking for an experienced Sr.

Product

Manager to drive product strategy and roadmap for our Corporate Gifting platform. The ideal candidate should have strong e-commerce product management experience and the ability to work across technology, business, operations, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for the Corporate Gifting platform.

- Customer Journey: Understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey, from product discovery and enquiry through ordering and fulfillment.

- Product Opportunities: Identify opportunities through customer insights, market research, competitor analysis, and data.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for product delivery.

- Product Documentation: Create PRDs, user stories, requirements, and detailed product specifications.

- Product KPIs: Track product KPIs and drive improvements in conversion, customer experience, and business growth.

- Operational Workflows: Understand backend and operational workflows including inventory, warehouse, procurement, fulfillment, and logistics.

- Continuous Improvement:



Drive continuous product improvements and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of overall professional experience.

- 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management.

- Recent/latest experience must be in Product Management.

- Must have experience in E-commerce.

- MBA preferred.

- NCR/Gurugram-based or willing to relocate to NCR.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of customer journeys and product analytics.

- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
