Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the NHT, focusing on Process, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to reinforce learning and improve performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation to support the learning process.

Qualifications:





- Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills
- Presentation Skills and Analytical Skills
- Robust Communication abilities
- Experience in designing training programs
- Ability to assess training effectiveness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
