– OSB Process / Team Handling

Position: OSB Process Executive / Team Leader

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Department: Operations / Backend Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage the OSB process and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage and monitor the active team involved in the process.

Allocate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily targets.

Coordinate with internal teams and management for process-related requirements.

Maintain proper records, reports, and process-related documentation.

Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.

Ensure that the team follows company policies and process guidelines.

Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.





Support the team in achieving operational and productivity targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid team handling and team management abilities.

Good knowledge of backend/operations processes.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in operations, backend process, OSB process, or team handling is preferred.
