Senior Mechanical Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to handle mechanical maintenance, breakdown management, preventive maintenance and machine improvement activities at our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum breakdown time.
- Conduct RCA for major and repeated breakdowns.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain critical spares and coordinate with Purchase & Stores.
- Support machine modifications, improvements and automation projects.
- Maintain gearboxes, bearings, pumps, cylinders, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality, EHS and external vendors.
- Ensure secure maintenance practices and compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and monitor key maintenance KPIs.

Preferred Experience Experience in automotive/engineering manufacturing, preferably with exposure to:

- Grinding Machines
- Heat Treatment Equipment
- CNC / Automation
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Computer knowledge mandatory
