The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for all internal and external communication as well as employer branding. They should be able to create, manage, and audit designs based on the companys brand guidelines. They are also responsible for creating sub-brands under EdgeVerve while maintaining the brand guidelines for different channels and platforms.

Managing agencies and auditing designs based on brand guidelines is also a crucial part of the Senior Graphic Designers role. They should enhance creatives by providing valuable feedback to improve campaign performance. The Senior Graphic Designer should support the marketing team with digital and print creatives for physical and online events. They should also collaborate with other teams within the EdgeVerve ecosystem to run various campaigns.

Producing premium level shoots for interviews of senior leaders as well as employees is also an important part of the Senior Graphic Designers role.



They should be an expert in design and layout for digital and physical marketing collaterals.

Overall, the Senior Graphic Designer should have excellent creative and design skills, be a self-starter, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be able to deliver projects on time, be highly detail-oriented, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and digital media.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills with a minimum experience of 6+ years.

Robust knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), PowerPoint and other design tools

Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment

Experience with video editing software is a plus.**
