About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote Extel Academy's educational products and programs in schools.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying schools, meeting school management and decision-makers, presenting our products, developing relationships, arranging demonstrations, and converting schools into customers/partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach schools, educational institutions, and school management teams in the assigned area.
- Meet School Correspondents, Principals, Management, Academic Coordinators, and other decision-makers.
- Present and explain Extel Academy's products, programs, and benefits to schools.
- Arrange and coordinate product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with schools.
- Understand the school's requirements and recommend suitable Extel Academy solutions.
- Generate new school leads through field visits, references, networking,



and other marketing activities.
- Follow up regularly with interested schools and convert leads into business.
- Maintain robust and professional relationships with school management.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product demonstrations, proposals, onboarding, and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly school acquisition and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Participate in school events, education exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
- Submit regular reports regarding field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
