Job Summary We are looking for a Cloud Operations Support Engineer to provide hands-on operational support and troubleshooting across multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Linux and Windows administration, incident response, root cause analysis, system monitoring, and production support. This role also requires working knowledge of DevOps tools, automation, security tooling, and compliance practices to maintain highly available, secure, and reliable platforms.

The candidate will partner with infrastructure, application, and security teams to resolve issues quickly, improve operational stability, and support continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 operational support for cloud infrastructure and services across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of incidents related to compute, storage, networking, IAM, operating systems, and application connectivity.
- Administer and support Linux and Windows servers, including provisioning, patching, hardening, performance tuning, backup validation, and access management.
- Monitor infrastructure, respond to alerts, manage service requests, and drive incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLAs.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Support security operations by managing security tools, vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, access controls, and audit readiness.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and governance requirements by maintaining documentation, operational runbooks, evidence records, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve platform stability and service quality.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve escalations, support planned maintenance, and drive continuous operational improvements. **Required Qualifications
- Experience 10+ years Proven experience in IT, with 5+ years experience specifically focused on public cloud or hybrid cloud operations, infrastructure support, or production support roles with hands-on troubleshooting responsibilities.
- Cloud Platforms Strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP services, including compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, and monitoring.
- Operating Systems Solid experience in Linux administration and Windows administration in enterprise environments.
- DevOps and Automation Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Security and Compliance Familiarity with security tools, vulnerability management, patching, hardening standards, IAM controls, logging/monitoring, and compliance frameworks.

- Operational Excellence Robust understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, root cause analysis, and documentation best practices.
- Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across support, engineering, and security teams.

**Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, RHCSA/RHCE, or relevant DevOps, Network and security certifications.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring, logging, SIEM, endpoint security, backup, and compliance reporting tools.
- Exposure to ITIL-based service management and support in 24x7 operational environments.****
