Role & responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting and finishing works.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, checklists and applicable IS/BS/ASTM standards.
- Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections and monitor concrete quality, including slump test, cube test and concrete sampling.
- Check reinforcement for bar size, spacing, lap length, development length, cover and anchorage.
- Inspect formwork for line, level, alignment, dimensions, stability and workmanship.
- Carry out material inspection and verify MTCs, test certificates and approved materials before use.
- Raise and coordinate IR/WIR with consultants/client representatives and ensure timely approvals.
- Identify NCRs, defects and quality deviations and ensure corrective/preventive actions and closure.




- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, client and testing laboratories for quality-related activities.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, test reports, checklists, approvals and quality records.
- Monitor subcontractor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Conduct snagging/de-snagging and final quality inspections.
- Support preparation of quality dossiers and project handover documents.
- Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to project quality, safety and construction standards.

Preferred candidate profile Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma) with of QA/QC experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects, preferably with a main contractor.
