Job Title: Sr. Manager (Civil)

Salary Range: 65,000 75,000 per month

Experience Required: 8 – 10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

Technopower Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager (Civil) to manage civil engineering functions for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects (132/220 KV). The role involves project costing, billing, monitoring, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for civil works
- Project costing and budget estimation
- Handling client billing and ensuring timely submission
- Monitoring and reviewing project progress for civil scope
- Preparation of JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate)
- Conducting site visits for quality inspection and compliance
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and timelines
- Coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Performing regular field visits for project assessment
- Reviewing and interpreting civil drawings using AutoCAD





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of 132 KV / 220 KV transmission line and substation civil works
- Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and costing
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and interpretation
- Hands-on experience in client billing, measurement verification, and documentation processes
- Valuable understanding of construction quality standards, codes, and safety practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation/reporting tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure timely execution
- Experience in electrical line and substation construction within a factory environment or in other industries will also be considered.

Preferred Profile:

- Prior experience in power transmission / infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for site inspections
