About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in visual communication, branding, social media creatives, infographics, typography, and digital design.

The candidate should be able to understand client requirements and transform concepts into visually appealing, engaging, and high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, campaigns, and digital marketing creatives.
- Design high-quality infographics, presentations, charts, and data-driven visual content.
- Develop strong and visually appealing typography, layouts, color combinations, and visual compositions.
- Work on branding and marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, company profiles, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create creative concepts for social media campaigns, paid advertising, website banners, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas/concepts into effective visual designs.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, content, SEO, and business development teams to create designs aligned with marketing objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across different platforms and marketing materials.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
- Make design revisions based on client/team feedback and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends,



visual styles, and digital marketing creatives.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help develop new visual concepts for clients.
- Review final designs for quality, accuracy, alignment, typography, and brand consistency before delivery.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising or creative environment.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent knowledge of infographic design and typography.
- Solid understanding of layout, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of different social media formats and design specifications.
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently from a brief.
- Good attention to detail and strong visual sense.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe InDesign will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics/video editing or AI design tools will be a plus.
