About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes to ensure a thorough evaluation of potential hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
