Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business and organizational goals.

- Drive Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Career Development initiatives for critical roles.

- Identify high-potential employees and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

- Manage and strengthen the Performance Management System, including goal setting, reviews, and performance calibration.

- Develop competency frameworks, career paths, and leadership development programs.

- Partner with business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and future workforce requirements.

- Design and execute employee development,



assessment, and learning interventions in coordination with L&D.;

- Track talent metrics such as retention, internal movements, high-potential talent, succession readiness, and leadership pipeline.

- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives for key talent.

- Leverage HR analytics and employee data to provide insights and recommendations to management.

- Work closely with HR Business Partners and functional heads to ensure effective implementation of talent initiatives.
