Education BE ( Chemical / Mechanical)

Experience – 5 to 7 years in RELEVANT field

- Must Have experience in Equipment fabrication / manufacturing industry.
- Must posses knowledge of Heat exchanger, Pressure vessel, Reactors, Distillation columns & similar process equipment.
- Capable of independently perform the estimation of above.
- Must have estimation exposure for turnkey project which involves – Piping, Structural, utilities, instrumentation etc
- Responsibility -

1. Review and finalize technical and commercial proposals prepared by Proposal Executives aligned with clients requirement
2. Check detailed cost estimation done by Proposal Executives for equipment & turn key set up
3. Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to address deviations or clarifications of enquiry specs.
4. Maintain up-to-date pricing databases for material,



labour, and bought out items in coordination with purchase dept.
5. Manage proposal schedules to ensure timely preparation and delivery
6. Maintain records of reference jobs / proposals to accelerate repetitive proposal tasks
7. Track and monitor proposal timelines with seniors and HOD
8. Clarify technical queries with clients and consultants during pre-bid stages
9. Co-ordination with Purchase department for getting updated Prices of raw materials/ BO/ Special MOC
10. Regular validation of standard format of offer & cost estimation sheets
11. Understanding basic process calculations & mechanical design calculations required for sales stage equipment sizing
