About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Sales with solid knowledge of the Rubber Mixing / Rubber Compounding Industry. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience working with rubber mixing plants, tyre manufacturing companies, or similar rubber-related industries.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring receivables, following up on outstanding payments, handling customer payment-related issues, and coordinating closely with the Sales and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable on a daily basis.
- Track customer payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Handle overdue accounts and execute effective collection activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment issues, outstanding balances, and disputes.
- Prepare receivables aging reports and management summaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer ledger records.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve customer payment and account-related issues.
- Monitor customer credit limits and payment behavior.
- Identify potential payment risks and escalate concerns to management.
- Support continuous improvement of receivables and collection processes.




- Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and ensure timely resolution of commercial issues.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding payments and collection status.

Industry Experience – Preferred

- Strong knowledge of Rubber / Rubber Compounding / Rubber Mixing industry.
- Experience in Rubber Mixing Plants / Mixing Units is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of customers, commercial processes, invoicing, credit terms, and collections within the rubber industry.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience in Sales / Commercial / Receivables / Customer Account Management.
- Relevant experience in the Rubber Mixing / Rubber Compounding industry is preferred.
- Strong customer communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of receivables, credit control, collections, and customer account management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, and customers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.
