Transportation: Company bus facility available between Pune city and the factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and monitor daily/shift production activities as per production plans.
- Manage production personnel and ensure effective execution of assigned tasks.
- Handle and supervise 20+ manpower, including union and contract workers.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ, SOPs and OPLs.
- Monitor production quality, productivity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct operator training and ensure employees have the required skills.
- Drive 5S and operator-driven maintenance activities.
- Identify production issues and initiate corrective/improvement actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety and quality standards across the shift.
