Big Star Ecom is hiring a Customer Support Executive. This is not a sales or survey job, and there are no targets.
Responsibilities:
Call customers to verify orders & addresses Confirm customer details & delivery availability Follow up on unanswered/unverified orders Update order status accurately Handle basic customer queries when required Requirements:
Hindi & English mandatory Excellent communication & listening skills Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily Basic computer knowledge Freshers can apply 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday – Saturday
2 Months Probation – ₹15,000 salary
