About the Role
Mitsu is looking for an experienced Couples & Relationship Therapist to join our clinical team at our upcoming Khar West clinic.
This will be a mixed clinical role involving both couples and individual therapy, with a significant focus on couples, relationships and interpersonal concerns.
The role is suited to a therapist with meaningful experience working with concerns such as communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust issues, intimacy concerns, attachment patterns and major relationship transitions.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists and care coordinators, while contributing to Mitsu's broader goal of building more structured, continuous and outcome-focused mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
As a Couples & Relationship Therapist at Mitsu, you will:
Conduct couples and individual therapy sessions, with a larger proportion of the caseload focused on couples, relationships and interpersonal concerns Assess relationship dynamics, patterns of interaction and individual factors affecting the relationship Develop clear case formulations, therapeutic goals and structured treatment plans Help couples work through communication breakdowns, conflict, emotional disconnection, trust and intimacy concerns Support individuals and couples navigating life tran
