- Prepare and organize your assigned workstation and mise en place according to daily requirements and stock lists, ensuring all ingredients and tools are readily available
- Assist the Chef de Partie in executing continental cuisine dishes with precision, creativity, and adherence to established recipes and plating standards
- Monitor portion sizes and presentation quality before dishes are handed to the pass, maintaining consistency with organizational standards
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and personal workstation throughout your shift
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors,



and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and address any concerns promptly
- Follow all ordering procedures meticulously, ensuring every order is processed through the appropriate captain order system
- Demonstrate strong teamwork by cooperating with colleagues, assisting co-workers as needed, and supporting the overall kitchen operations
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and food safety regulations, including proper personal hygiene standards and uniform requirements
- Report to duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times
- Remain fully briefed on daily specials, promotions, menu offerings, and recipes to provide knowledgeable support
- Understand and comply with accident, fire, and evacuation procedures to ensure workplace safety
