Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Inventory & Food Safety: Ensure strict Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA) compliances, specifically for Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) and daily perishables across warehouses and vendor packhouses.
- Quality Audits: Conduct daily and weekly audits of dark stores and vendor hubs to ensure safety and hygiene protocols are met.
- Complaint Analysis: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) closures to reduce recurring customer complaints.
- Benchmarking: Monitor competitor brands and products to continuously improve procurement and internal quality standards.
- Training & Compliance: Coach operations and store staff on Zero Tolerance (ZT) policies and compliance guidelines.
- Reporting:



Verify daily quality reports and share insights on customer service metrics (like CSAT and QA scores) with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (B.Sc. in Agriculture, Food Technology, or Hospitality is highly preferred for grocery/FnV operations).
- Experience: Typically 2 to 4 years in quality monitoring, retail operations, or customer support environments.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of customer service metrics, observation skills, constructive feedback delivery, and basic data analysis.
