- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse infrastructure.

- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection systems.

- Maintain high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, dock levelers, pallet trucks

- Attend and resolve equipment and facility breakdowns within defined TAT.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.

- Maintain asset register and AMC documentation.

- Monitor spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels.

- Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of parts and services.

- Supervise external maintenance vendors and contractors.

- Ensure SLA adherence and quality of service.





- Validate vendor invoices and service reports

- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety standards.

- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and facility systems.

- Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory)

- Monitor R&M; expenses against budget.

- Submit monthly maintenance and downtime reports.

- Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
