/ Responsibilities

Technical knowledge of automobile Stabilizer Bar Manufacturing.

Implementation of Documents / activities related to IATF / ISO 14001 for the Production Department.

Handling of Instruments & Gauges

Production Efficiency Calculation & Analysis of Loss Time

MIS Report Preparation

New working instructions, Check sheet, Format making

Rejection/ Rework Analysis & Control

Shop floor related issue handling

Shop Floor Production manpower handling / time management

5S /Poke -Yoke – Basic knowledge

Continual improvement in productivity

Valuable knowledge of Excel

Presentation Making Skill

Good communication skill

Work under pressure





Flexibility in working time / Come in A/B/C Shift

Knowledge of Forging, Heat Treatment, Shot Peening, Powder Coating Process

Knowledge of Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA

Safety Awareness

Developing shop floor Production operator skills & Give on Job Training them.

Knowledge of Material Science

Should be flexible to spend maximum time on shop floor.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the automobile industry. Automotive STB, Coil Spring production knowledge will be added advantage.

Persons have exposure in QA / Maintenance activities will be preferred.

Willing to take initiative with high level of attitude is most important.
