Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop HVAC/MEP systems for commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Prepare HVAC/MEP layouts, technical drawings, schematics, BOQs, and design calculations.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering teams.
- Review design specifications, drawings, and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams for design-related requirements.
- Review vendor/sub-contractor drawings and provide technical inputs.
- Identify design issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

Requirements




- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC/MEP design.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and engineering standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP will be an advantage.
- Positive analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in building services/MEP consultancy or project design will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
