Delivery Skills required are :

Basic awareness of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.

Fundamental understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL, or similar).

Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and ITSM/ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) - preferred.

Willingness to work in 24x7 support shifts (rotational).

Proactively monitor IT infrastructure systems (servers, databases, storage, and backup) using standard monitoring tools.

Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Log, track, and update incidents, service requests, and alerts in the ITSM tool.





Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.

Support daily health checks, backups, and routine operational tasks.

Assist in maintaining knowledge base articles and SOP updates.

Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational processes, and IT security guidelines.
