Job Summary A skilled Civil Execution Engineer to oversee and manage all in office execution activities for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan.
- Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering,

waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and

execution issues.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.




- Monitor material consumption and requisition of materials in coordination with the

procurement team.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with statutory and site-specific

norms.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that rework is minimized.
- Liaise with project managers and clients for updates and reporting.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Monitor contractor and Vendor performance, ensuring high standards of workmanship

for site activities.
- Ensure timely certification of Contractor and Vendor bills.

Preferred Skills

- 5+ years of experience in site execution in real estate or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to mid to high-rise building construction
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional team
