Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the hospital’s digital marketing activities, brand presence, and online patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the hospital’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Develop engaging digital content, including posts, reels, videos, creatives, campaigns, and promotional materials.

- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, patient enquiries, appointments, and online engagement.

- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and internal teams to create accurate and engaging healthcare content.

- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, leads, and ROI, and prepare regular performance reports.





- Manage the hospital’s online reputation and ensure consistent brand communication across digital channels.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with mandatory experience in the hospital/healthcare sector.

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Good knowledge of social media management, content marketing, and digital campaign planning.

- Strong content creation and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.

- Experience with healthcare/hospital marketing will be given robust preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
