Senior Data Analyst - FinBox

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Data Analytics Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The role will involve owning high-impact analytics initiatives, solving complex business problems through data, and working closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and other cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

- Own and drive end-to-end analytics initiatives, from understanding business problems and defining metrics to analysis, insights, and recommendations.

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex business problems using data.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential business risks.

- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business and product decisions.

- Define, track, and monitor key business and product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Design and build dashboards, reports, MIS, and data visualizations that enable stakeholders to effectively monitor and understand business performance.

- Develop analytical frameworks, methodologies, and processes to improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of analytics.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and analytical outputs.

- Automate recurring reports and analytics processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, clearly communicating the business impact and underlying data.

- Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, technologies,



and industry best practices and identify opportunities to improve the organization's analytics capabilities.

- Provide occasional mentoring and guidance to junior analysts, helping them with analytical approaches, problem-solving, and best practices.

Who You Are

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.

- Robust hands-on expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and problem-solving.

- Strong experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

- Experience working with large datasets and using data to solve complex business problems.

- Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, data modeling, statistical concepts, and analytical methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to independently own analytics projects from requirement gathering through execution and delivery.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data and analytics with business outcomes, product decisions, and growth opportunities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of deliverables.

- A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members when required.
