Sr. CRM EXECUTIVE

Department: Customer Relationship Management Reporting To: CRM Head

1. Customer Handling & Communication

· Manage day-to-day customer interactions via calls, emails, and messages

· Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

2. Order & Payment Management

· Handle order processing from receipt to dispatch

· Track order status and update customers regularly

· Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and confirmations

· Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of customer payments

3. Documentation & Process Management

· Create and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) and related documents

· Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in CRM systems

· Maintain proper records of customer transactions and communications

4. Coordination & Execution

· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) for smooth order execution

· Track dispatches and ensure timely delivery

· Handle sample requests and follow up for feedback





5. Post-Sales Support

· Provide after-sales service support and resolve issues

· Ensure proper closure of customer complaints

· Maintain long-term relationships with clients

6. Reporting & Tracking

· Prepare daily/weekly reports on orders, collections, and customer status

· Track pending orders, payments, and dispatches

· Maintain CRM dashboards and ensure data accuracy

Key Skills Required:

· Robust communication and interpersonal skills

· Good coordination and multitasking ability

· Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools

· Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

· Problem-solving attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline

· 1–3 years of experience in CRM / customer support / backend operations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
