Position - Senior Business Analyst

This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, acquired entities, and Microsoft as the delivery partner ultimately responsible for Azure consolidation and migration. The Technical Analyst supports early-stage discovery and technical analysis for entities not yet fully integrated into Apex Groups technology landscape, ensuring risks are identified upfront, dependencies are understood, and migration efforts are set up for success with minimal disruption.

- Act as a liaison between Apex business units, acquired entities, and Microsoft delivery teams to ensure transparent communication and alignment
- Conduct early-stage discovery across entity systems, infrastructure, and data environments
- Analyze application landscapes, integrations,



and dependencies to inform Azure migration planning
- Identify risks, gaps, and constraints that could impact migration timelines or business continuity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state architecture, processes, and operational requirements
- Support prioritization and sequencing of migration activities based on complexity and business impact
- Provide insights to improve resource capacity planning and reduce strain on migration teams
- Ensure alignment with Apex Group’s target architecture, security, and compliance standards
