Job Purpose The Senior Civil Engineer (Planning) + Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and quality monitoring of RCC and tower building projects. The role will be based at Alibaug and will coordinate with teams across the Alibaug, Tala, and Solapur projects, ensuring effective project communication, progress monitoring, and overall quality management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning &
- Coordination

- Support planning and coordination of RCC and tower building projects.

- Coordinate project activities across Alibaug, Tala, and Solapur sites.

- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth implementation.

- Conduct and coordinate internal video meetings and project discussions.

1. RCC &
- Construction Management

- Provide technical oversight for RCC structure and tower building activities.

- Apply strong practical knowledge of RCC construction and execution.

- Monitor implementation against project requirements and planned activities.

- Support resolution of technical and site execution issues.

1. Quality Management

- Monitor overall project quality across all assigned sites.

- Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain required construction and execution standards.

- Identify quality-related gaps and follow up on corrective actions.

- Ensure consistent quality monitoring across multiple project locations.

1. Reporting &




- Communication

- Prepare and maintain project-related reports, updates, and documentation.

- Handle qualified email communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

- Conduct regular coordination meetings and share project status updates with management.

- Ensure clear communication and follow-up across all project locations.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

- 8–10 years of overall experience in civil construction and project execution.

- Minimum 8+ years of strong RCC structure experience.

- At least 4+ years of experience in tower building project management and implementation.

- Experience in overall project quality management and monitoring.

- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Comfortable handling multiple project locations simultaneously.

- Well-versed with email communication, reporting, and online/video meetings.
