Job Summary: Looking for a skilled Senior BOQ & Estimation Engineer to handle project costing, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review BOQ based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Perform detailed quantity estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, and cost planning
- Handle tendering process including floating enquiries, bid comparison, and vendor finalization
- Manage contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and contractual documentation
- Coordinate with procurement, projects, design, and finance teams for smooth execution
- Monitor project budgets and track project cost against approved estimates
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization activities Review contractor bills, variations, and additional scope works




- Maintain project cost reports, MIS, and estimation records
- Ensure compliance with company standards, timelines, and contractual obligations
- Support management in commercial decision-making and project planning Handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously

Required Skills

- Strong Highrise ERP software Knowledge
- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
- Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and specification
- Strong understanding of contracts, tendering, and procurement process
- Expertise in project budgeting and cost control
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines effectively

Preferred:

- Experience in real estate/construction projects
- Knowledge of value engineering & cost control

Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹63,974.83 per month
