Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) Bills based on actual site progress

- Check BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contractor measurements

- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification

- Prepare quantity take-offs and reconciliation statements

- Handle extra items, deviations, and variation orders

- Verify material reconciliation and consumption

- Prepare monthly billing, MIS, and cost reports

- Coordinate with Project Head, Project Manager, Planning, QA/QC, and Site Teams

- Ensure accurate and timely bill certification and submission

- Maintain billing, measurement, BOQ, and project documentation

- Support final billing and project close-out

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- 4-8 years experience in billing - finishing and interior works essential

- Must have independently prepared RA bills for interior works

- Experienced with Method Statements

- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD

- Mumbai-based preferred
