Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Go or Node.js in production backend systems

Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL - schema design, query optimization, and data integrity

Experience with Redis for caching, queues, or session management

Proven track record designing and shipping RESTful APIs

Comfortable owning core business logic in a rapid-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

Experience with e-commerce, checkout, or order-management systems

Familiarity with webhook-driven architectures and third-party API integrations

Key Responsibilities

Design and build core backend services: auth, roles, organizations, and internal admin

Design robust, scalable database schemas in PostgreSQL and implement caching strategies with Redis

Design and maintain clean, well-documented REST/GraphQL APIs consumed by frontend, visual builder,



and integrations teams

Implement webhooks and integrations with third-party systems

Partner with the Payments & Integrations Engineer on secure checkout and payment gateway logic

Contribute to advanced analytics, payment routing/failover logic, and smart checkout rules in later phases

Support scaling and infrastructure optimization as the team and user base grow
